Customer Success Manager

Location: Kfar Saba & Bay Area
Sealights is looking for a Customer Success Manager that will engage with customers, assist with their onboarding, and expand their use cases. We’re looking for someone with excellent technical skills, preferably DevOps experience, and a passion for communicating with customers. Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive the continued value of our products and services.
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or Support (Tier3/4)
  • Knowledge in CI/CD
  • Node.js – advantage
  • Prior experience as DevOps engineer or automation engineer – great advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • B.A./B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field – a major plus
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
