Marketing Operations and Communications
Specialist (Entry Level)
Location: Kfar Saba
Our fast growing marketing team in a startup company is looking for an outstanding entry level Marketing Operations and Communication Specialist. You will lead and coordinate collaboration between all departments in the company (sales, R&D, customer success, etc), as well as external service providers to support our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Editing and proofreading materials
- Lead Enrichment – Enrich lead data and convert qualified leads to contacts
- Lead Optimization – Maintain daily and weekly lead status reports
- Customer Journey – Optimize our marketing automation through email, content, and social channels
- Social Media Management – Manage end to end organic social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and more)
- Content collaboration – Actively collaborate with internal and external partners, manage blog posts, webinars, videos, etc.
- Run and support all SEO efforts – Work closely with an SEO agency to optimize our organic conversion throughout the company’s website
- Sync between the marketing team and the sales, product, and dev teams
Capabilities:
- English – mother-tongue – a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a must
- Detail-oriented and known to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collect, analyze and convey technical data into simple, compelling marketing messages
- Excellent strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a growing startup
- A sense of aesthetics with a love for great copy and witty communication
- 1 year in a similar role – an advantage
- Previous experience in B2B & SaaS companies – an advantage
- Previous knowledge of software quality assurance – an advantage
- Good understanding of HTML, WordPress, Photoshop – an advantage
