Office Manager – Entry Level Position

Location: Kfar Saba

SeaLights is looking for an office manager who will be responsible for the administrative management of all aspects of office life. The position will also include supporting HR processes.

Please note this is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. office supplies, hardware etc.)
  • Plan and execute welfare events
  • Manage vendor and service provider coordination, including caterers, maintenance staff, deliveries, etc
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Maintain kitchen, grocery & office supplies
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Support the recruiting processes, work with headhunters and recruitment agencies, schedule interviews, and work with business partners within the company
  • Assist the CEO

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent – Must
  • Similar or relevant role from other companies or military service – Must
  • Excellent verbal and written English – Must
  • Excellent knowledge of desktop applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet tools)
  • Ability to function in a demanding environment and multitask in a calm and organized manner
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality with a confident and highly professional manner
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Great passion for the recruiting world and eager to work in a Hi-tech company
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including with the US office (no traveling necessary)
