Sales Development Representative

Location: US – Virginia | Israel – Kfar Saba

With our rapidly growing business, we are looking for a motivated Sales Development Rep to join our team.

Ultimately, you will represent the front line of the company’s sales and marketing efforts, playing a significant role in growing the business by starting the sales process and helping set up the sales teams for success with both inbound and outbound leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Use phone, email, LinkedIn and other sales & marketing tools for prospecting, qualifying and creating sales opportunities for SeaLights’ global sales teams.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend reach into the target account
  • Recommending process enhancements to optimize targeted demand generation efforts and improve selling techniques

Skills:

  • Proven ability to connect with people using the telephone, email and online networking sites
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A positive, independent, creative and self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Tech-savvy

Requirements:

  • Native english speaker
  • 0-2 years of sales development experience
  • Experience generating your own leads
  • Experience with crm (salesforce)

Nice to have:

  • Additional languages
  • Familiarity with saas & b2b platform
  • Experience working with startups
  • Knowledge in social media platforms
