Customer Success Manager
Location: Kfar Saba & Bay Area
Sealights is looking for a Customer Success Manager that will engage with customers, assist with their onboarding, and expand their use cases. We’re looking for someone with excellent technical skills, preferably DevOps experience, and a passion for communicating with customers. If you think that DevOps, microservices, and containers are fun then this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive the continued value of our products and services.
- Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Customer Success or Support (Tier3/4)
- Knowledge in CI/CD
- Node.js – advantage
- Prior experience as DevOps engineer or automation engineer – great advantage
- Fluent in English
- B.A./B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field – a major plus
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
