Marketing Operations

Location: Kfar Saba

We are looking for outgoing, data-driven marketing operations & community manager to own the operational aspects of the Marketing and Sales team while improving the company’s social presence.

You will oversee lead enrichment, basic lead qualification, converting leads between the team members and monitoring lead progression. In addition, you will manage the company’s social channels, expanding and nurturing them with relevant content.

Responsibilities:

  • Enrich lead data and convert qualified leads to contacts.
  • Monitor lead progress down the funnel
  • Sync between the marketing and the sales team
  • Publish content (original and referral) on different social channels and forums
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turn into customers, and continually refine our processes to convert customers.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience – a must
  • Experience in marketing – an advantage
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
  • Bonus skills:
    • Proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce, and WordPress
    • HTML/CSS
    • Adobe Creative Suite \ Photoshop
