Bruce Taragin
Bruce Taragin Blumberg Capital - Board Member

Bruce is a managing director at Blumberg Capital with more than 25 years experience as a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, technology investment banker and corporate attorney.

Prior to joining Blumberg Capital, Bruce co-founded and held several senior management positions within technology companies including Charles River Computers. Bruce also structured and managed early-stage technology transactions at Hambrecht & Quist, Mayer Brown & Platt and Bankers Trust Company.

A native of New York, Bruce earned his B.A. in finance and communications, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, and his MBA and J.D. from Fordham University.

Bruce serves as a member or observer on the board of directors of BioCatch, Braze, Coverhound, Databand, FundGuard, Katapult, Medigate, Nexla, NYSHEX, Parse.ly, SAM, SeaLights, Solomoto, and WorkJam. He also chairs the VC Circle for the UJA-Federation of New York and is an adjunct professor at Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business and the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.

Eitan is a founding partner of TLV Partners. He currently focuses on Mobile, IoT, Marketing Analytics and Fintech. His passion is working with great entrepreneurs and helping them build their dream.

Eitan is a member of the board of Next Insurance, SeaLIghts, Skyline, Stoke and BuildUp.

Eitan invested and partnered with the founders of Check (acquired by INTU), Videosurf (acquired by MSFT), AppsFlyer, Duda, 3DV (acquired by MSFT), Sckipio and Neura.

Previously, Eitan was a General Partner at Pitango Venture Capital and led Pitango’s Silicon Valley activity since 2007. Before that, he was part of the founding team of an internet startup focused on bringing the internet to the elderly and held executive positions at Elbit Systems. Eitan holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. Eitan also served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force.

Eran has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the DevOps emerging market, APM, ALM, and QA. Eran is the Co-Founder and CEO of SeaLights.

Prior to founding SeaLights, Eran co-founded Nolio (One of the first Continuous Deployment platforms) which was acquired by CA Technologies in 2013
At CA, Eran served as the VP Strategy of the DevOps Business Unit.

Prior to Nolio, Eran held senior management positions at PortAuthority Technologies (acquired by Websense), Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP), and Conduct (acquired by Mercury Interactive).

Alon has over 20 years experience as entrepreneur, building emerging and high growth enterprise software and held several senior management positions within large technology companies.

Prior to founding SeaLights, Alon was the VP Strategy in Application Delivery unit in CA Technologies, responsible for large customer successful implementations and rollout of Continuous Delivery. Alon was the Co-Founder and CTO of Nolio and joined CA after the acquisition of Nolio. Alon
was responsible for Nolio’s technological vision and direction, including product conception, product innovation and research and development.

Served as VP R&D and Co-Founder of Coridan (acquired by BEA), along with senior Research and Development positions at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP) and Conduct (acquired by Mercury Interactive).

Barak Salomon

Barak Salomon has over 20 years of experience as an investor and operator, with deep expertise in the tech and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Red Dot, Barak represented Japan-based NTT DoCoMo Ventures and the NTT group in Israel and led investing and business development activities on their behalf. Earlier, Barak was a Principal in Viola Growth, an Israeli based growth stage fund and in Apax Partners, an international Private Equity firm.

In addition, Barak is an independent Board member at Gaon Holdings Ltd. and previously held similar positions in other public and private Israeli companies, including Amir Marketing Ltd., MaxQ.Ai and Albert.Ai.

Barak holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science (cum laude) from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
